Old School Taco Blend
Add a dash of Mexicana flavours to any dish my Old School Taco Blend! For tacos, brown 500gm of your favourite protein, drain any liquid, add oil and stir through. Add Old School Taco Blend to pan and stir till fragrant, add your liquid and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer till it has reduced and thickened to a perfect saucy, spicy taco filling. Prepare your hard or soft tortillas per packet instructions. Fill your tortillas with your taco filling, cheese, avocado, salsa, tomato, spring onion, coriander leaf and finish with a squeeze of lime juice!
500gm protein
2 tsn oil
2 Tbsn Old School Taco Blend (or to your taste)
1/2 cup Liquid (beef stock, canned tomatoes, or water for example)
Salt & Pepper
