Classic Pumpkin Pie:
1 prepared crushed biscuit and butter crust
1 425gm can of purred pumpkin (or sweet potato)
2 large eggs
1 3/4 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
3/4 cup sugar
1 340ml can of evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Mix well all the pie filling ingredients and pour into the crust. Cover the pie crust
with foil to prevent burning. Bake for 15 minutes then
reduce temperature to 175 degree. Bake for 45 minutes,
remove and let cool completely & serve with whipped cream!
Pumpkin Spice Latte:
1/2 cup brewed coffee or espresso
1 cup of your favorite milk
3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp vanilla extract & your sweetener
Mix all but vanilla extra together in a
sauce pan on low heat until blended
and hot. Sweeten to your taste.
Remove from heat and add vanilla
extract. Serve up & Enjoy!
